In today’s fast-paced, production-based world, field troubleshooting is done by changing complete circuit boards or complete assemblies. Gone are the days of time consuming troubleshooting to the component level. However, once a board is removed from production, it can be sent to Nidec for repair or evaluation. We offer a full service technician lab where board repairs are made. In addition to repairs, boards of “uncertain vintage” can also be sent in for retesting and/or verification.
Micro and maxi system controller boards from ADD32 DC drives are not repairable. (Part numbers 630264 and A18876-1).
If you need more information, email [email protected]. In order to send a board in for repair/evaluation we would like you to have a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number first.
CAUTION:
Please package pc assemblies in ESD (Electro Static Discharge) approved packaging to prevent sensitive components from being damaged. Non-ESD packaging will void the warranty.
